Jennifer Schrack Dempsey brings an even-keeled approach to the conference and courtroom, where she has served as litigation counsel to individual clients and major corporations with equal attention to detail. Jennifer has advised clients and litigated complex matters involving business torts, contract disputes, partnership disputes, employment disputes, construction contract and defect claims, breach of fiduciary duty and catastrophic personal injury, among others. Jennifer has worked closely with both employees and employers in tackling employment and personnel issues on both a local and nationwide basis.
Jennifer has reached favorable resolutions and won trials across a wide range of commercial matters while building an expertise in agribusiness. In that sector, she has worked for multinational companies to address and manage issues involving general liability, production, crop destruction, distribution, and marketing of crop inputs. She is recognized as a highly skilled litigator and trial attorney, and was inducted as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America in 2019.
Jennifer immensely enjoys her time providing pro bono legal services to members of the community in need: advocating for refugees, minors, and the elderly as both an attorney and attorney guardian ad litem.
Jennifer lives in Boise with her husband and two children. In a former life, she played NCAA Division I volleyball.
