Of Counsel
(208) 401-9533
Rachel brings her keen attention to detail and decades of experience researching, writing, and editing appellate and trial court briefs to every matter. Following a federal appellate clerkship, Rachel began her diverse legal career in New York, where she represented multinational media companies and Broadway theater producers in entertainment-related matters, including corporate governance, financing, and intellectual property rights acquisition. Rachel then served as Assistant Attorney General in the Civil Appeals Division of the Illinois Attorney General Office, defending public entities and officials in the U.S. Supreme Court and federal and state appellate courts in complex matters involving Constitutional rights, employment discrimination, statutory interpretation, and administrative law. Since moving to Boise, Rachel has focused on representing corporate and individual clients in commercial and employment disputes. In her other lives, Rachel is mother to a feisty tween and is finishing a memoir about her time as a professional actress.
