An Idaho native, Taylor is passionate about working with Idaho-based businesses and giving back to her community. With a background in business management and marketing, Taylor provides a creative and innovative perspective on each company’s legal and strategic needs at every stage from startup to growth to dissolution. Taylor’s legal advocacy is rooted in the belief that entrepreneurs are the builders of our future and the innovators for tomorrow.

Taylor's litigation practice and experience focuses on business-to-business contractual disputes and employment issues for both employers and employees. In her transactional practice, Taylor helps with developing, negotiating, and enforcing noncompete agreements, employment contracts, vendor and trade agreements, operational and governance documents, business sales, and protection of intellectual property. Clients are drawn to Taylor’s hands-on approach to problem solving and her ability to communicate the nuances of any legal issue.

During law school, Taylor served as president for the Idaho’s Women’s Law Caucus and was selected to participate in the competitive Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic where she drafted a variety of business contracts, researched intellectual property, and reviewed employment contracts for small businesses in the Treasure Valley. In 2022, her law school classmates nominated Taylor for the “Outstanding Classmate Award” for her support of her fellow students and contributions to the University of Idaho law program.

Taylor enjoys riding horses, spending time with her family, traveling and experiencing different cultures, and exploring the great outdoor beauty only Idaho can offer.
